The Rock-n-Renegades practice at Skateworld in Little Rock. The Little Rock rink along with the Jacksonville Skateworld were the first skating establishments in Central Arkansas to welcome the revitalization of an all female Roller Derby league.

The Rock-n-Renegades has skaters coming from all over the Little Rock, North Little Rock, Benton, Bryant, Conway and Cabot areas. Our luscious ladies are from Pulaski, Lonoke, and Faulkner counties. Roller Derby for the women of Central Arkansas Roller Derby is an outlet for many to do something just for themselves some of these ladies come for the friendships, the anger management, the stress relief, or just for the exercise.

The Rock-n-Renegades include a variety of awesome Roller Derby women from the Little Rock, North Little Rock, Benton, Bryant, Conway and Jacksonville areas. Central Arkansas Roller Derby has roller derby women from all walks and areas of life. The Rock-n-Renegades roller derby team welcomes any female over 21. The roller derby of Central Arkansas is a relief for moms and working women who would like to skate and be a part of a team.The Rock-n-Renegades roller derby womens league is also involved with the community. The team has raised money for charities such as Toys for Tots, as well as volunteered their time at various events such as Riverfest. Central Arkansas Roller Derby is a league of skaters built for women in the surrounding cities of Jacksonville, Cabot, North Little Rock, Little Rock, Benton, Bryant, Conway, and Beebe.
